Step 1 | Cut one edge of the tape down the center approximately 3 inches. | |
Step 2 | Tear the baking paper at the end of the slip that was just made. Remove the uncut baking paper and apply up the arm towards the thumb. Rub to warm tape adhesive and adhere to skin. | |
Step 3 | Doing one of the split strips at a time, cross over the thumb and wrap between joints diagonally. To the second loose strop end diagonally - creating a figure eight around thumb. | |
Step 4 | Add additional strip of tape (precut to size) around the wrist, leaving a gap between ends to allow for proper circulation. |
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
