Bend area of muscle to stretch and tighten skin. Anchor strip (or strips) to the outer area of soreness, stretching tape slightly in direction of natural movement covering area of soreness, as an example the upper leg muscle is shown. | |
Step 2 | Repeat the same application for areas with a larger need of coverage. |
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
