Step 1 | Stretch the arm forward. Anchor a single strip of tape on the front deltoid and wrap upward along the back of the shoulder. | |
Step 2 | Stretch the arm backward. Anchor another strip of tape along the back deltoid. Tape upward along the front of the shoulder. | |
Step 3 | Anchor a third strip of tape from chest to upper back over previously applied tape strips. |
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
